# Privacy Policy for TextFlipperLast updated: June 17, 2026This Privacy Policy explains how the TextFlipper mobile application (the "App",
package name com.textflipper.app) handles information. The App is provided by
TalonEyeGames ("we", "us", or "our").By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described below. If you
do not agree, please do not use the App.> Plain-English summary: TextFlipper is a tool for designing mirrored/flipped
> text and images for printing. We do not have an account system, we do not run
> our own servers, and we do not collect or store your designs anywhere off your
> device. Everything you create stays on your phone. The only data leaving your

> (2) optional custom-font downloads from Google Fonts, both described below.---## 1. Information We Collect### Information you create and store (stays on your device)
The App lets you create "workspaces" containing text, fonts, colors, and images.
This content is stored locally on your device only, inside the App's private
storage. It is not transmitted to us or to any server we control, and we have
no ability to access it.We do not collect:
- Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other account/contact details
(the App has no sign-up or login).
- Your designs, saved workspaces, or text content.
- Precise location.### Photos and images
If you choose to add an image to a design, the App requests permission to access
your device's photo library. Selected images are copied into the App's private
storage so they can be used in your designs and included in PDFs you generate.
These images are not uploaded to us or any third party by the App. Granting or
denying photo access is optional and is controlled by your device settings.### Information collected automatically by third parties
The App integrates two Google services that may collect data when you use the App:a) Google AdMob (advertising).
The App displays banner advertisements provided by Google AdMob. To serve ads,
Google and its partners may collect and process information such as:
- A device advertising identifier;
- IP address and general (coarse) location inferred from it;
- Device and app information (device type, OS version, app version);
- Ad interaction data (e.g., ad views and taps), used for delivery, frequency
capping, measurement, and fraud prevention.The App is configured to request non-personalized ads only
(requestNonPersonalizedAdsOnly). Non-personalized ads still rely on limited data
such as coarse/contextual signals and the above identifiers for basic ad delivery
and fraud prevention. Google's handling of this data is governed by Google's own
privacy policies (see Section 4).b) Google Fonts (optional custom-font download).
If you choose to download a custom font from within the App, the App sends a
request to the Google Fonts API (googleapis.com). That request includes the font
name you requested and, by the nature of any internet request, your device's IP
address. The downloaded font file is then stored locally on your device. This
network request only occurs when you actively choose to add a custom font.---## 2. How Information Is Used- Your locally stored content is used solely to display, edit, print, and
export your designs on your own device.
- Advertising data is used by Google AdMob to display ads within the App and to
measure and protect the advertising service.
- Font-download requests are used only to retrieve and store the font file you
asked for.We ourselves do not use your information for analytics, profiling, marketing, or
any other purpose, because we do not collect it.---## 3. Permissions Used| Permission | Why it is used |

practices of these third parties.---## 5. Data Retention and Deletion- Designs, images, and downloaded fonts remain on your device until you delete
them in the App (for example, by deleting a workspace) or until you uninstall
the App, which removes all locally stored App data.
- Because we do not store your content on any server, there is nothing for us to
delete on your behalf.
- To reset advertising identifiers or limit ad tracking, use your device's settings
(e.g., Settings → Privacy → Ads on Android).---## 6. Children's PrivacyThe App is intended for general audiences (such as hobbyists and small businesses)
and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum
age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from
children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App,
please contact us so we can address it.---## 7. Your RightsDepending on where you live (for example, under the EU/UK GDPR or the California
CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights regarding personal data, such as the right to
access, correct, or delete it, or to opt out of certain processing.Because the App does not collect or store personal data on our systems, most such
requests should be directed to the relevant third party (Google) whose services
process the data, using the links in Section 4. You can also limit ad-related data
collection through your device's advertising settings. For any questions, contact
us using the details below.---## 8. Data SecurityYour content is held in the App's private, sandboxed storage on your device.
Network requests made by the App (for ads and font downloads) are transmitted over
secure HTTPS connections. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission
is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.---## 9. Changes to This PolicyWe may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by
updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document and, where
appropriate, within an updated version of the App. Your continued use of the App
